We are a united community of passionate Watford FC supporters determined to reclaim our club’s legacy. The Pozzo Out Movement, is driven by a deep love for our club and the belief that Watford FC should be managed with transparency, integrity, and a long-term vision. We stand together to demand accountability and the respect our club’s history deserves.
Why We Formed
Watford FC has been suffering under the current ownership for too long. Our club’s potential has been compromised by:
Endless Managerial Changes: Preventing stability and a clear direction.
Lack of Long-Term Vision: Short-term decisions that harm the future.
Financial Instability: Questionable investments that may risk the club’s success.
Poor Squad Investments: Decisions that have left our team struggling.
Disconnect from Fans: A lack of transparency and disregard for supporter input.
These challenges have led to on-field struggles, a loss of identity, and a sense that decisions are made without considering the interests of the fans. We formed this movement to call for a change—a change that puts the club’s future and the voices of its supporters first.

We wish to make it clear that the recent TikTok post has made allegations and therefore it should not be assumed that the person mentioned is guilty of any wrong doing without evidence. However our concerns is that the club have made no comment

Love when some ex Watford managers expose Gino & Duxbury. But still they’ll have no shame bcz they’ll keep appointing the wrong managers and get statements like this in return.
It's now confirmed that it was the official #watfordfc Tiktok account that made serious allegations against a senior member of it's staff after the Sheffield Weds result.
